Biosketch

Jianzhong Lin, male, born in January 1971, graduated from Fujian Medical University, and Chief Physician in the Magnetic Resonance Room of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University. He has been engaged in medical imaging for 29 years (magnetic resonance work for 15 years). Good at: conventional magnetic resonance diagnosis; More than ten years of experience in brain function and structure processing of AFNI, SPM, FSL, and freesurfer under linux operating system [under the tutelage of Professor Yu Weng Xuchu (formerly the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, now South China Normal University Institute of Brain Science and Rehabilitation Medicine) and Professor Zang Yufeng (formerly) Beijing Normal University (now Hangzhou Normal University)] and more than 3 years of convolutional neural network processing experience in python, keras, tensorflow development software, and can write program scripts and artificial intelligence diagnostic software packages as needed; currently it is also developing brain function clinical trials in the province The most used hospitals are also the doctors who have carried out this project with the most research articles; especially in brain function. Exercise brain function, resting brain function (seed point network, complex network calculation and statistics), tensor imaging (DTI, DKI, DSI, etc.) feature vector calculation, based on statistical analysis of fiber bundle scaffolds and statistical analysis of seed point structure network and complex structure network of the whole brain; multi-mode image fusion (structure, function, MRA, tensor imaging, CT and other three-dimensional medical image fusion), Since 2012, he has trained a master of the Institute of Brain Diseases and Cognition, Xiamen University School of Medicine, and nearly ten doctors graduated and applied for three National Natural Science Foundation of China; at the same time in artificial intelligence image segmentation and diagnosis; accurate three-dimensional ranging guided puncture: Body tumor IVIM calculation; cardiac function evaluation (ejection fraction, muscle wall contraction rate, etc.) dynamic perfusion, myocardial perfusion reserve (coronary artery perfusion reserve) research has done a lot of work, nearly ten years with the School of Electronic Science and Technology, Xiamen University Cooperation in artificial intelligence diagnosis and MRI sequence development, imaging reconstruction cooperation has won three national natural funds. This year, we have just obtained the approval of philips (Philips) headquarters to obtain the permission to develop the sequence source code and cooperate in the development of the sequence.
